Hatje Cantz

CVJ - Nicknames of Maitre D’s & Other Excerpts from Life is artist Julian Schnabel’s autobiography and memoir. The book is a notorious classic in art world circles. On the 30th anniversary of the CVJ's original release, Hatje Cantz published a facsimile of the out-of-print Random House edition from 1987. The republished volume was released in both hardcover and pocket-size softcover formats, and a hand-painted limited-edition format.
